Since 2019, Elayos has supported Birmingham's most vulnerable mothers, babies and families through our Community Doula Service and Baby Bank, providing practical essentials, emotional support and advocacy to families experiencing hardship, domestic abuse, poor mental health and social isolation.

Our Corporate volunteering days give your employees the opportunity to make a genuine difference while building stronger teams through meaningful volunteering.

Our volunteering sessions are hands-on, rewarding and suitable for all abilities.

Activities may include:

  • Sorting and quality-checking Baby Bank donations.

  • Packing emergency family support bundles.

  • Preparing hospital bags.

  • Creating toy packs.

  • Organising Baby Bank stock.

  • Preparing baby equipment ready for distribution.

Every task directly supports mothers, babies and children experiencing hardship across Birmingham.

What's Included

Each volunteering day includes:

  • Insight into the families we support.

  • Team-building activities.

  • Hands-on volunteering experience.

Volunteer Day Pricing

Full Day (10:00am – 3:00pm)

  • £50 per person

  • Group sizes of 6–8 participants

BRIGHTER BEGINNINGS

Our Brighter Beginnings initiative supports mothers and their newborn babies during times of need by providing free essential Baby Bank items.

We're looking to partner with businesses, workplaces and community organisations across Birmingham to host Brighter Beginnings donation drop boxes.

By hosting a donation box, your organisation provides a simple yet powerful way for staff, customers and visitors to donate new or good-quality pre-loved baby essentials, including:

  • Nappies and wipes

  • Baby clothing

  • Blankets

  • Toiletries

  • Baby toys

  • Other essential Baby Bank items

We supply the donation box, promotional materials and collect donations once the box is full, making it an easy, cost-free way for your organisation to support local families while demonstrating community impact.


BECOME AN ELAYOS CORPORATE PARTNER

Elayos corporate partners are organisations that support our work through a regular monthly donation. Corporate partnerships start from £166 per month.

As a Corporate partner, you'll receive impact reports, case studies and testimonials that demonstrate the difference your support is making to local families.

Your monthly contribution helps provide:

  • Pregnancy and postnatal emotional and practical support for one family.

  • Access to essential Baby Bank items.

  • Specialist infant feeding and wellbeing support.

  • Emergency hardship funding for vital household essentials.

  • Toy packs for siblings to support family transitions.

Together, we can ensure families facing adversity receive the care, compassion and practical support they deserve.

ONE-OFF DONATIONS AND FUNDRAISING

Businesses can also support Elayos through:
